Chico, Ca – Northern California National Bank (OTCBB: NCNB.OB), reported a successful fiscal year end as of December 31, 2010. Net income before the income tax provision was $657,000 and net income after taxes was $543,000 in 2010.

The Bank’s total assets were $101.8 million at December 31, 2010, a 0.41% increase from the December 31, 2009 balance. Gross loans totaled $33.4 million, up 10.1% from a year ago and deposits increased 2.3% and ended the period at a balance of $84.0 million. The Bank had superior asset quality with no 90 days or more past due loans or other assets as of December 31, 2010.

The Bank is also considered to be well capitalized and far exceeds the minimum regulatory requirements. The Capital Leverage Ratio was 13.5% (Regulatory Minimum for “Well Capitalized” institution is 5%) and the Total Risk-Based Capital Ratio was 36.4% (Regulatory Minimum for “Well Capitalized” institution is 10%) as of December 31, 2010.
